There are three crafts for this lesson. Do all three of them or choose the ones you like best. Materials needed for each craft are listed here and on the master materials list.
You'll be making the pattern yourself using their samples and regular 8-1/2" x 11" paper.
- 22" x 28" poster board or cardboard sheet
- String or elastic to hold it on your head
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Pen, pencil or marker for outlining the pattern

You will use the outline of your hand to make this "hand"some elephant.
- Blue or gray paper
- Your hand
- Markers or crayons
To make your stationery, click on one of the elephant pictures, enter your name in the name field, and then print. Send a letter to your family or friends and tell them all about elephant families.
