Homeschooling experience
Our family started homeschooling 4 years ago at the beginning of Lacey's 9th grade year. We have traveled extensively since then and have been privileged to see some amazing sites in various states. Two of our family's favorite sites were the Garden of the Gods and the Indian Cliff Dwellings in Colorado. We have been blessed with the opportunity to homeschool!
Accomplishments/Future Goals
Lacey is an avid reader. She loves traveling, hiking, and camping. She is also very active in the lives of her younger siblings. She has played the flute and piano. She also enjoys singing with her family. Lacey will begin with our local community college as she continues her education. She would like to study constitutional law and psychology. She intends to homeschool her own children as God blesses her with a family of her own.
Advice
- A common problem I have encountered with new homeshoolers is that they tend to be anxious in the beginning. RELAX! You can do it; enjoy the journey
