Field Trip Description

This is a MUST-SEE field trip if you are anywhere near the NKY/Cincinnati area! It's a wonderful Biblically based museum that takes you through Creation, Sin, the Flood, the need for a Savior, and much more!

Evolution vs. Creation issues are very-well covered including topics such as dinosaurs and fossil evidence.

The exhibits, films, programs, planetarium, petting zoo and walking trail are all top-notch. There's something for everyone from 3-103 (and plenty of room for strollers to maneuver if you need to bring along younger children.)

Bible, science and history are well covered!

Highlights

We have been several times because there's so much to soak in. For my children, they are definitely drawn to the life-like exhibits, the fun and powerful films, the nature trails and the petting zoo.

Each time we go, we all glean new information and see things that are new to us. Not only do my children enjoy this trip greatly, they come away with their minds full of Truth! I can't ask for a better field trip than that!

Tips and Tricks

  • If possible, plan to visit more than once.
  • Try to leave itty-bitty ones at home so the older children (and you) can soak in all the wonderful information.
  • Go on a pretty day so you can enjoy the outdoor facilities.
  • Food prices are fair and the choices are abundant, but there is plenty of outdoor seating available for packed lunches.
  • Go on a weekday! The weekends can be very crowded.
  • Don't miss the "Men in White" production!
  • There are group rates available (just be sure to go with a group that will allow for plenty of browsing time).
