Diving With the Rays

Literature selection for Stingray Unit Study

By , About.com Guide

In this account of a dive at Stingray City in the Cayman Islands William Todd tells the story of his dive, "The rays swarmed about us, flapping their 'wings' and turning on their sides, brushing against us looking for food. We were able to hand them a few bits, but it was more fun just stroking them as they swam by, and watching them interact with all of the divers."
