Manatees are commonly found in shallow rivers, estuaries, saltwater bays, canals and coastal areas, particularly where seagrass beds are located.

    A Manatee Morning is a cute story of a manatee mother and baby as they swim through the waters of Crystal River, Florida. Mother managee holds her baby close as they drift past a sleeping alligator and a hungry pelican.

    The manatee's seal-like body can reach 13-feet in length and can weigh more than 3,000 pounds.
