Guide Review - Scene It? Jr. - The DVD Game

The Scene It? Jr. Game is not just another trivia game - it combines DVD entertainment and board game fun for the ultimate game experience. Players race around the game board while solving on-screen and trivia card challenges. The roll of the numbered die determines the number of spaces moved on the game board. The roll of the category die (8-sided) determines the kind of questions to be answered.

The DVD challenges include distorted reality, invisibles, funhouse mirror, and fakes. My Play is just for your team to answer, but in All Play, you'll have to shout out the answer first. The DVD challenges are definitely the post popular. The Trivia Cards will test your trivia knowledge in movies, TV, and Pop Culture. The Buzz Cards can be good or bad - they keep the game full of surprises.

The game really gets exciting when a team gets near "winner's circle." The first chance to win is the "All play to win" challenge. If the team doesn't win this challenge, they move to the final cut and must correctly answer several questions in a row. Anything can happen! (for ages 8 and up)
