Guide Review - Constructo Junior - Helicopter

Build your own wood model helicopter with this fun Constructo Junior kit. All materials needed to complete the model are included in the kit. The wood pieces are large and easy for small hands to handle. The finished helicopter blades and rotor turn.

Children begin by lightly sanding the wood pieces, then group by color to be painted (we used paper plates to separate the pieces on). Then, children paint the pieces the appropriate colors and let dry. Following the no-read, easy-to-understand instructions, children then assemble and glue the pieces to make the helicopter. Final step is adding the stickers. (Tip: Don't paint inside holes, or you'll have to sand it to get the paint out.)

Finished helicopter will be 8 1/2" long x 4" high x 7 1/3" wide. Constructo Junior kits are designed for ages 6 and up.
