Yourself!Fitness is a health and fitness program that can help you get into shape and improve your health. Maya, your personal trainer, will help you choose your health and fitness goals and then help you to achieve them.You'll begin by setting up your personal profile, establishing goals, setting up a workout schedule and menus. After your all set up, you can begin your workouts. Each workout is different with over 500 unique exercises featuring Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Fitness, Strength Training, Flexibility, and Weight Loss Routines. During the workout, a scrolling meter at the bottom of the screen shows the difficulty and duration of each exercise. It will also indicate rest periods or water breaks. The program can integrate fitness equipment you already own, like heart monitor, hand weights, stability ball, and step bench.
If you choose to follow a meal plan, you'll have from 4500 recipes to help you eat right.
This program is an excellent way for homeschoolers to get their physical education requirement met and have fun at the same time!
