North Carolina leads all other states in Sweet Potato production, producing about 40% of the national supply.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cooked Sweet Potatoes
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until very smooth and creamy.
Makes 4 servings.
