Ingredients:
- Bisquick pancake recipe, prepared
- 1 cup blueberries
- Maple syrup, powdered sugar or fruit spread
Preparation:
Prepare Bisquick pancake batter, following directions on box. Gently stir in the blueberries.Spray griddle with Pam. Preheat, then pour desired amount of batter onto griddle. When the pancake is bubbly and edges are beginning to brown, gently flip with a spatula. Continue to cook until golden brown. Serve with desired topping.
