November 25th is National Parfait Day. A parfait is a dessert with layers of ice cream and syrup and whipped cream. Yogurt, granola, berries and other fruit can also be added. It is usually served in a parfait glass, which is a tall slender glass with a short stem. This parfait looks like it could be with strawberry syrup. Color the dessert with the color of your favorite syrup or fruit, then gather your favorite ingredients and layer them to make a yummy parfait to enjoy.
