William Jefferson Clinton (born August 19, 1946) was the 42nd President of the United States. William J. Clinton always knew he wanted to be president one day. At the age of 32, he became the Governor of Arkansas and the youngest governor in the country. During his presidency, the country had the lowest unemployment and inflation rates, the highest homeownership and dropped crime rates. He dealt with the budget deficit, Welfare Reform and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Hillary Clinton headed up the Health Care Task Force.
