Guide Review - Adventures in Art
Adventures in Art opens a diverse world of artistic expression and varied mediums for the older child. While being exposed to the styles of art through the ages, kids take over 200 artistic adventures into paints, pastels, ethnic and recycled art, sculpture, still life, charcoal, and more. There are detailed instructions for the projects and lots of pointers for using a variety of materials and methods. I like the way the book is laid out. I think it is good for homeschoolers - either at home or in co-op classes.
