1. Abeka Books Textbooks/Materials for Homeschooling
Abeka Books offers curriculum for every subject for every grade from nursery school through high school. Over 800 textbooks and teaching aids are available. Abeka Books can be ordered as complete kits or items my be ordered individually. Many lesson plans are available giving you day-by-day planning. With this option, Abeka Books does not keep academic records or provide any report cards, transcripts, or diplomas. The majority of homeschoolers that use Abeka Books use this option.Abeka Books must be ordered directly from the publisher or save shipping costs by ordering at a Materials Display near you. Abeka Books are not sold at homeschool bookstores. Used Abeka Books can be found at Homeschoolers Trading Zone and other homeschool outlets.
2. Abeka Academy Traditional Parent-Directed Option
This is an accredited program for homeschooled students in grades K5 through grade 6. The program provides all the necessary Abeka Books for the student and the teacher for an entire grade. Abeka Academy issues report cards and keeps transcripts. Cost is approximately $750 per year. For more information, consult the Abeka Books brochure.3. Abeka Academy Video Option
The Video Option of Abeka Books has two programs to choose from. The video program features master teachers of Pensacola Christian Academy in a Christian classroom setting for the instruction of you child at home. These teachers give complete instruction for kindergarten through grade 6 and in core subjects for grades 7-12 and specialized subjects such as biology, algebra and Spanish. Both programs include all the necessary materials for the year, including all DVDs, textbooks, tests, keys, etc. Abeka Books Video Streaming is now available.- Option 1 is a Fully Accredited Program for K5 - grade 12. Abeka Academy issues report cards and keeps transcripts.
