Mission Statement:
Roots & Shoots is Jane Goodall's global program inspiring youth of all ages to make a difference by becoming involved in their communities. The program’s mission is to foster respect and compassion for all living things, to promote understanding of all cultures and beliefs and to inspire each individual to take action to make the world a better place for animals, the environment, and the human community.
Composition:
Our members live in both the east and west valleys, as well as Phoenix. Children are ages 12 and under.
