Provincial Unit Study - Manitoba

Series of Unit Studies for each of the Canadian Provinces and Territories.

These Canadian Province Unit Studies are designed to help children learn the geography of Canada and learn factual information about every province. These studies are great for children in the public and private education system as well as homeschooled children.

Print the Map of Canada and color each province as you study it. Keep map at the front of your notebook for use with each province.

Print the Province Information Sheet and fill in the information as you find it.

Print the Manitoba Map and fill in the capital, large cities and attractions that you find.

Answer the following questions on lined paper in complete sentences.

The Climate of Manitoba - Learn about the climate of Manitoba.

Weather Forecast - Compare the weather of Manitoba to the weather where you live.

Geography - Learn about the geography of Manitoba, map of Manitoba.

Manitoba Arts Council - Get a feel for Manitoba's Arts and Culture by exploring these links.

Agriculture and Food - Learn all about Manitoba's agriculture and food here. Don't miss the recipes. I'm definitely going to try the "Simply Stuffed Mushrooms."
