Over and Out is a fun educational game for whole family. The object of the game is to be the last player in the game. Each round has a "Tip Top" limit that can't be exceeded. Players take turns adding cards to the pile taking care to not exceed "Tip Top" limit. Depending on your cards, you can do more than just increase the card pile total, you can subtract from the total, multiply the total, change the direction of play, or even choose a new Tip Top card for that round. Kids will be practicing their math skills without even realizing it. So...can you use your noodle and put your opponents Over and Out?
