Know Your Material

My advice is to do your homework. Put preparation into your homeschooling, don't get caught offguard. Go over your lesson plans and be familiar with what you plan to teach, that way if you have any questions you can get advice or find the answers before you look silly in front of your children. (Yes, it's happened to me, felt like a total idiot too!)

Another little tidbit of advice, Do everything with joy in your heart and a smile on your face.
