Homeschooling is a Lifestyle

When we first began thinking about homeschooling a veteran homeschooler told me "It's a lifestyle." I didn't understand what she meant until we started homeschooing. Now I have a volcano on my dining room table, I've memorized my library card bar code for three different library sytems, and I think I threw out somebody's science experiment when I was cleaning out the refrigerator last night.
