As my mini-series on how homeschooling differs from school continues, I examine What Students Learn. Many people are surprised to discover that, for the most part, homeschoolers are not required to follow the public school curriculum. Nor do they have to use the same materials or cover subjects in the same order or same grade.
This gives homeschoolers an extraordinary ability to find what works for their family and broadens children's education in so many ways. Take a look at the article and let me know if you agree.
