The History of Candy Corn

Tuesday October 28, 2008
Thursday is National Candy Corn Day! Candy corn has always been a favorite of mine. As I was munching on some today, I decided to find out the history of candy corn. The history is more interesting than you might imagine. Now that I know what I know, I won't be complete until I eat some made by the originators, the Goelitz family. Print this history and worksheet for a sweet study. Try some of the recipes by About.com guides, even try making your own candy corn.

This is a great piece of information and fun! However the link to print the PDF isn’t working. It just loops you to the October fun days calendar. I would like to use this worksheet on Thursday. Thanks for making it possible. It’s great for kids who aren’t excited over the scary part of Halloween!

I can’t get the History of Candy Corn pdf to print. I would lived to have had this today. Thanks for a great site, though…
