California Homeschool Victory - a species of private school education

I like that. Homeschooling is "a species of private school education". My years of homeschooling was made legal by filing an affidavit establishing our school as a private school. I'm pleased to see that freedom continuing. It is fantastic to have in the law that homeschooling parents do not have to possess teaching certificates.
The ruling held that (1) California statutes permit home schooling as a species of private school education; and (2) the statutory permission to home school may constitutionally be overridden in order to protect the safety of a child who has been declared a dependent.
We have victory in California and homeschooling remains legal in California.

i think Hi,yes it’s a good choice for children,because the parents were relieved by their children.andthe students were studying freely and get good education.The problem of home schooling has recently appeared. Some people advocate that teaching children at home is the right choice.thanks.
