The heart of the matter made its online debut today. It is a new monthly magazine written by Christian homeschool moms that have "come together to encourage you in your walk through your children’s educational experience." The editors, also known as "The Amies," invite you to stop by and enjoy the articles they've put together.

Are there ANY magazines out there for mothers who are not Christian? Because I would like to pick up one!

You act as though all homeschoolers are Christian – that’s just not true anymore, I don’t know that it ever way. I’m an agnostic homeschooler and very proud of it.

There is a new secular magazine that came out in September. You can find that here:

http://www.secular-homeschooling.com/

As far as I know, it has only had one issue released. It is by subscription only and through the mail. You can see 2 sample articles on their website. As soon as I receive a sample copy, I’ll be blogging about that one too.

I have a page of homeschooling magazines that I need to update. I just added these two new magazines. I will be going through the list this week and updating it and marking clearly which are religious and which are not. If you know of any magazines that are not on the list, please let me know and I’ll add them.
