Thanksgiving Activities and Studies

I'll be having Thanksgiving at my house this year as usual. My parents will be coming from out of state. It's going to be a busy place here and I need to get organized and prepare ahead of time. The unusual part of my Thanksgiving will be cooking a GFCF Thanksgiving meal.
